Working across multiple platforms and assuming multiple roles, Amirali Ghasemi is firmly rooted in the urban youth culture of Tehran and its online communities. He is founder of Parkingallery.com, a project space and online platform for artists, designers and musicians. Ghasemi’s digital productions are a joyful take on the contradictions emerging at the intersection between the effects of globalisation and traditional values.
